Hello!
Andrew Jarek Gryskevicz is a versatile leader with a proven track record of driving growth, building relationships, and delivering measurable impact across nonprofit development, real estate, event leadership, and digital marketing.
He began his career early, managing large-scale events and serving as a caregiver nurse for children with Cerebral Palsy and Autism, experiences that shaped his adaptability and people-centered leadership. By 19, he successfully flipped his first property with a 30% profit, combining entrepreneurial drive with hands-on execution. Shortly after, he became a licensed REALTOR®, helping dozens of clients achieve their goals while simultaneously launching a small business in the service industry.
Today, Andrew leverages his cross-industry background in his role with the University of San Francisco’s Office of Development, where he specializes in digital and direct marketing to enhance donor engagement and strengthen university advancement. He is skilled in Salesforce, donor relations, fundraising strategy, and campaign execution.
A disability advocate since childhood, Andrew pairs empathy with strategy, ensuring that care for people and operational excellence go hand in hand. Recognized for his resilience and ability to thrive under pressure— including overcoming a life-altering spinal tumor surgery— he approaches every opportunity with focus, determination, and a commitment to results.
Andrew is currently completing his degree at the University of San Francisco’s School of Management, building on earlier studies at Villanova University’s School of Business with an emphasis in finance, politics, philosophy, and economics. His diverse experiences allow him to bring both strategic vision and executional discipline to every role.
